Our little Kate Bug is now 2 months. We love her to pieces!
She's gotten a lot happier thanks to her medicine and we are falling more and more in love with her. She is such a happy girl. At about 6 weeks she started giving us her huge gummy smile. We love it! She wakes up with a big grin on her face and smiles all day long.
She loves our little play gym. When we put her under it and turn on the lights and music she goes nuts! She grins and kicks and squeals. I love it.
She also really loves bath time. She kicks and smiles the whole time.
It could also be that her big sister is always right there helping to wash her.
Reading a story with big sister Ella.
She is such a joy to have in our family and we all love her to pieces. She gets plenty of attention from all of us. Someone is always talking to her, holding her or cooing at her so we can see her big grin. Ella loves to "hold" her and is always talking to her and trying to play with her.
She's still a little stinker when it comes to her bottle. I have eased up a bit on trying and have sort of just accepted the fact that she is not a bottle girl. It's getting easier though because she's eating on somewhat of a schedule so I can predict when it'll be okay to leave.
Other than the bottle thing she is such a great little baby. She's content to sit and chill by herself when I need her to. She sleeps great and takes great naps. She's a piece of cake to put to sleep and can even put herself to sleep if she's wrapped up. It's great!
