backyard swimming

We pulled out the swimming pool for one last backyard swim of the summer. I love spending time with the girls in the backyard. Not only is it a lot easier than traveling to a pool and juggling all the supplies, I like the quiet one on one time with just us without the crazy chaos that naturally comes with pools. (I still like going to the pools too but this summer with a new baby it just wasn't in the cards for us.)

 Nothing better than popsicles in the pool!

 Love these girls with all my heart.

This also happened to be Kate's first time in the pool. It's hard to tell in these pictures but she LOVED it. She was giggling and splashing the whole time. And when Ella would go down the slide and splash us she would laugh so hard.
